2016年3月31日、大阪市中央公会堂にて、一般財団法人日本アジア振興財団(JAPF)2016年度新入社員入社式が行われました。
当日、当財団法人代表理事松岡がJAPFの歴史、組織構成、これからの使命を新入社員たちに紹介しました。また、社会人としての意識とマナー、社会的な使命感等を深々と新入社員達に伝えました。
辞令交付式終了後、懇親会が行われました。新入社員とJAPFの顧問、アドバイザー、先輩、インターンシップの学生代表と楽しく交流し、信頼関係を構築しました。
2016年度7名の新入社員の中で、3名の外国人という実績がありました。この少子化が進んでいる日本で、当財団法人優秀な外国人人材の発掘及び育成に注力し、日本の労働力不足問題を取り組んでいきたいと存じます。


March 31, 2016, the initiation ceremony for the new members of staff of the General Incorporated Foundation Japan Asia Promotion Foundation (JAPF) was held at the Osaka Central Public Hall.
On the day, the representative director Mr. Matsuoka introduced the history and the organization of JAPF. In addition, the business manner seminar or talking with everyone about the concept of our foundation, as well as exchanging opinions about Personal aims was very interesting for everyone.
After the appointment ceremony we held a welcome party with everyone, including the new employees, advisors, seniors, student representative and more.
There are three foreign staffs among the seven new recruits of 2016. JAPF is devoted to discover the talents and train also foreign human resources in order to solve the problems of a working force shortage due to the declining birthrate in Japan.


2016年3月31日，2016年度一般财团法人日本亚洲振兴（JAPF）的新员工入职典礼在大阪市中央公会堂隆重举行。
当天，日本亚洲振兴财团法人代表松岡理事为新员工介绍了JAPF的历史以及组织结构。另外，也为新员工深切地讲解了作为一个社会人的态度，礼仪以及应有的社会责任感。
在聘书颁发仪式结束后，还举行了联欢晚会。新员工和JAPF的顾问，老员工以及实习项目的学生代表愉快地交流，建立了良好的关系。
在2016年度七名新员工中，有三名是外国人。在少子化愈演愈烈的日本，JAPF致力于优秀国外人才的发掘与培养，我们希望已此来解决日本的劳动力短缺问题。
